Registration is now being accepted for the 2010-2011 Band season. Please click here to download and complete the registration form.

 

Payments:

1. If paying by check, please include your registration form and check in an envelope. Make checks payable to: SHS Band Boosters

Mail payments to: SHS Band Boosters, PO Box 390494, Snellville, GA 30039.

2. If paying on-line with PayPal, please put the name of the band student in the PayPal "instructions to merchant" box and email your completed registration form to: ShilohBands@gmail.com

You may also fax your completed form to: 404-806-6188
